Refund policy

Returns and refunds on our handcrafted candles will be approved on a case-by-case basis. We accept returns up to 15 days after delivery. If the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will aim to refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. Please email us as soon as possible at orpur.co@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Online Refund/Return Policy Continued:

  • Items must be returned within 15 days of the delivery day
  • Items must be original condition & packaging (with original boxes, cards, etc.)
  • Orpur will not be responsible for any packages that are stolen, lost, or returned back to us. 
  • Incorrect item(s) delivered must be reported within 3 days and returned to us within 7 business days of the delivery date
  • Photos of the damaged item(s) must be sent to orpur.co@gmail.com by email, in addition to a photo of the shipping label, shipping box, and product boxes for review by our team to determine replacements or refund eligibility
  • Approved return shipments must be correctly labeled and shipped to the respective return locations
  • We may not be responsible for misspelled, mistyped, mis-entered, or omitted street numbers, street names, city, state, region, country, zip code, apartment, unit, suite, or floor numbers
  • Orpur is not responsible for item/items that is/are damaged during the shipping processWe
